Ms. Richika has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy and has worked in both clinic and hospital settings.

She has gained training and experience across a broad range of areas including lumbar spine, pelvic and hip conditions, complex cervical spine and rib conditions. Richika has an ever-expanding interest in the management of shoulder and knee related pain and pathologies, women health physiotherapy and treating post-surgical conditions. Richika uses exercise therapy as the heart of treatment, with hands on treatment applied to relieve pain and facilitate movement as required. She is a skilled manual therapist that uses contract relax techniques and joint mobilization to ease joint stiffness, alleviate pain and promote muscle recovery.
