Dr Haydn completed his postgraduate medical degree at Deakin University in 2022 with a prior background in biomedical and pharmaceutical science.

Dr Haydn strives to deliver excellent patient care and values creating strong relationships with his patients.

Ms. Richika has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy and has worked in both clinic and hospital settings.

She has gained training and experience across a broad range of areas including lumbar spine, pelvic and hip conditions, complex cervical spine and rib conditions. Richika has an ever-expanding interest in the management of shoulder and knee related pain and pathologies, women health physiotherapy and treating post-surgical conditions. Richika uses exercise therapy as the heart of treatment, with hands on treatment applied to relieve pain and facilitate movement as required. She is a skilled manual therapist that uses contract relax techniques and joint mobilization to ease joint stiffness, alleviate pain and promote muscle recovery.
