A binaural beat via our waterproof bone- conducting headset, that allows your brain to wind down to the relaxation/Theta level. Put your earplugs in as usual , then the headset on and you are ready to go. We have 5 different tracks-you can choose from “wellbeing and balance”, “forest sounds”, “ space “, “ deep mind “ and “abundance”. You are in control of the volume and can turn it off at any point.
