From the day that Elise started working on the reception desk at Renew, she brought a contagious energy to our clinic. Always energetic, friendly and organised, she kept things running smoothly with a smile on her face.

A belated but very deserved farewell to Justine!

Justine was a remedial massage therapist at Renew for six years. She brought a wealth of knowledge to our clinic and always created a nurturing environment, with a focus on improving her clients’ wellbeing.
She had a way of making people feel at ease — and she always had a great story to share along the way!
We will miss her caring presence and the positive impact she’s had on so many.

➡️ Swipe right for the success story!

After a severe ankle injury, this young athlete could have been sidelined for the season. But under the guidance of his sport doctor and our physio, Dan Mirecki, stuck to his rehabilitation plan.

Fast forward 6 weeks… ➡️ and his team won GOLD at the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships in the U17 Boys Beach Relay. 💪🌊🥇

This is what dedication, smart rehab and a team approach can achieve!

Looking for a physio who truly understands hockey? 🏑

Dan Mirecki and Sophie Taylor have worn the green & gold, and now they’re dedicated to helping hockey players recover, stay injury-free & perform at their best.

✨ Dan Mirecki has 15 years of clinical experience, is an ex-Kookaburra player, former VIS Physiotherapist for the Victorian Institute Of Sports Women’s hockey program, and is still playing/coaching at Greensborough HC.

✨ Sophie Taylor represented the Hockeyroos, and is still a member of the Women’s Hockey Cub Melbourne and Camberwell Premier League. Sophie also works with Sports Integrity Australia, helping educate athletes and the community on fair and safe sports.

Reflexology is an ancient therapy that stimulates reflex points on the hands and feet, promoting relaxation and overall well-being. This practice enhances circulation and supports healing by applying pressure to specific areas that correspond to organs and systems in the body.

Justine, trained in the Ingham Method, offers 60-minute sessions featuring hot towels, massages, and targeted pressure techniques. Optional hot stones and essential oils add to the relaxing experience.

Available Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Renew Physiotherapy.
