Meet the team! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Tessa has been part of the Non-Surgical Spinal Care team for 18 months, and her passion for her role as a technician continues to grow. What she finds most rewarding is connecting with patients from all walks of life and gaining insight into how pain affects each person differently. Tessa finds great joy in supporting patients as they work toward their individual goals and loves celebrating their progress along the way.

In her free time, Tessa enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Sadie. She also has a creative side and enjoys sewing and other crafts. On weekends, youโ€™ll often find her out enjoying live music and dancing.

Tessa has quickly become a valued member of the NSSC team and we look forward to many more years with her as part of the clinic.

Meet Kristin ๐Ÿ‘‹

Kristin has been a dedicated technician at Non-Surgical Spinal Care for over nine years. Her connection to the clinic began as a patient, when she sought help for long-standing neck pain that had resisted other treatments. After experiencing significant improvement through spinal decompression therapy, she developed a strong interest in the technique and its benefits.

This interest led her to join the team, where she now takes pride in helping others work toward similar outcomes. Outside the clinic, Kristin enjoys walking her two lively Bichon Frises, cooking, spending time in nature, and traveling when she can to unique and memorable locations.

Meet our team ๐Ÿ‘‹

Mey has been a valued technician and administrative assistant at Non-Surgical Spinal Care for the past two and a half years. She is passionate about supporting patients on their health journeys and finds great fulfillment in helping improve their quality of life. Witnessing the positive transformation in patientsโ€™ expressions as their conditions improve brings her immense joy.

Family is a central part of Meyโ€™s life. She is a proud mother of two energetic boys who are heavily involved in sports, and she loves being actively engaged in their activities. When she finds time for herself, Mey enjoys Pilates and going to the gym.

Many of our regular patients appreciate Meyโ€™s warm and gentle nature, which contributes greatly to the welcoming atmosphere of our clinic.

Our Story

NSSC was founded in late 2015 as an option for people suffering chronic neck and back pain. Having suffered chronic back and neck pain for 12 years, The Director and founder of NSSC was looking for a solution. At the age of 33 he was not considered suitable for surgery and he was determined to find something that would address the situation. He discovered the Non Surgical Spinal Decompression therapy in Brisbane and immediately went about setting up Non Surgical Spinal Care in Victoria to be able to take advantage of the therapy himself and to offer the solution to others who were also suffering chronic spinal pain.
