It is my pleasure to introduce you all to Gill.
A Healesville local who is a wonderful, kind, highly experienced and skilled Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with over 30 years experience who some of you might know from in Croydon.
I’ve been referring so many of you down to Croydon but the great news is you don’t have to travel that far now as Gill is coming to Healesville on Mondays - woohoo, lucky for us (and for our pelvic floor).
So if you’ve been putting off getting some help or the travel has been a barrier - this is your prompt to book in and come and see Gill!
She is also running postnatal sessions out of the gym, so all those questions I can’t answer very well for you:
- when should I go back to exercising
- when can I lift weights again
- when can I start running
- are there any exercises I should avoid
- how long will it take for stress incontinence to improve
Etc, my answer is always:
“I really recommend everyone sees a Pelvic Floor physiotherapist post baby as they can assess you and guide you in all of the above and also help reduce your risk of prolapse”.
Come to some postnatal information sessions, meet some other wonderful Mums and meet Gill - they will be at the
