Our beautiful vinyasa yoga classes begin again tomorrow at the Healesville Wellnessss Factory. Class times are Monday 5:30pm and Friday 9am.

You are welcome to come when you can, there’s no need to subscribe, though of course regular practice is wonderfully beneficial. Our classes are small (10 max) and friendly. Your teacher has over 20years of continuous yoga practice, incorporating a sound understanding of Eastern medicine, and Western anatomy and physiology.

I’m so looking forward to holding space and practicing with you again tonight. Yoga 🧘🏽‍♂️ 🧘🏽‍♀️ offers us even more than a strong and flexible bod (which is indeed very important) 😁. With the deep rhythmic flow of breath and focus, we allow ourselves to more mindfully inhabit each moment, to more mindfully inhabit ourselves. See you on the mat 🤗.
