Oh Sensitive souls, I am you. I’ve got you.
Welcome the air purifier to our space, keeping us both healthy and well.
I’m never offended if you don’t feel the need for essential oils in your treatment just say so.
Yes the oils can have a profound effect on relaxing and releasing tension and energy when blended with knowledge and intention however, they can be just as harmful if used incorrectly or undiluted.
Dont want or feel the need for them?
Just say so. I’ve got you.

This Winter there’s been a few of you requesting longer sessions. While in the past we’ve usually done one hour or 90 minutes lately 2 hours has been in favour 🙏
So if the hour just isn’t feeling like long enough why not take two, give yourself time. Settle. Drift. Soothe and nurture your mind, body and soul.

Just a reminder that from the 1st - 31st of August you'll see pink bins across Woolworths stores asking for you to buy a pack of pads or tampons (cups and un**es too) and throw them in.

These get distributed to your local community first and any excess will go to places in need.

So many use socks, newspaper and other alternatives as they simply cannot afford to buy them. Some of us are in the fortunate position to be able to donate and I ask if that is you please pop a packet in the pink bins this August.
