She’s a Mum.
She’s a Wife.
A caring Daughter, Sister, Neice.
She is a thoughtful Aunt. Doting Grandmother.
She manages the kids and the household and she makes it to work on time.

How does she do it?

She knows that making time for herself is Essential. That stepping away from the demands for just a short while fills her cup. She has regular massage and she takes full advantage of that 90 minutes a month where it’s all about her.
She sometimes snores, she sometimes chats, there’s been laughter and tears, sometimes all in the one session and that’s ok.
That’s just what happens when your body feels safe, and deeply relaxed.

Not-To-Do List

Today I will not race the clock,
nor measure my worth by how much I do.

of other people’s “shoulds.”

People ask me how’s it going without your home care work?
Oh. I say.
I miss it.
I 100% miss the people, they were mine.
More than just clients they were so much more than just work.
However it’s going well, sure, I’m quieter than I was and I’m much more mindful about my spending ~ which is a good thing.
And I have been walking more ( yep! )
And rediscovering my lead lighting hobby, which I never found time for in the past 18 odd years.
And I’m here!
Available for you Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays, Essential Essence has and always will be my passion and purpose to provide a nurturing and welcoming environment for you to come in and fully relax, because that’s when the really deep healing takes place.
Where you can let go and trust that I’ve got you ~ for that hour or 90 mins or however long it is that I do, I have you.
It’s safe and it’s without judgment.
Simply essential oils blended for you on the day, to be guided by whatever is happening in your world at the time.
So it’s going well, I’m focused and I’m so so grateful each and every time you choose Essential Essence and trust that here ~ here you may come, and just be.

A Gentle Pause

A gentle pause is like a breath of fresh air,
the stillness between moments,
the soft exhale after life’s rush.

In it, the mind settles,
the heart opens,

Each day, we move through tasks and thoughts,

In a pause, all softens.
