We will gather again for Manshine from 01/05/2026 4:00 pm - 04/05/2026 2:00 pm Mens Wellbeing.

Venue: Camp Somerset, 1180 Stanley Pocket Rd, Crossdale, QLD

This year’s theme is simple: Awareness. Acceptance. Action.

This theme reflects something many of us have experienced through Men’s work: growth rarely comes from pushing harder or trying to become someone else.

Growth happens when the conditions are right.

When a man pauses long enough to become aware of what is actually happening inside him. When he can meet that experience with acceptance rather than judgement. And when insight begins to translate into action that is aligned with who he truly is.

That natural rhythm — awareness, acceptance, action — is the arc we will be exploring together at Manshine.

More than anything, it is simply an opportunity for men to gather, reflect, and continue tending the ground of their own lives.
