is a micro coffee roasting business located in the beautiful natural environment of the Yarra Valley in southern Victoria. The very best beans from the world's growing regions are often only available in small lots, Chum Creek, by having a limited production is able to present these coffees as Single Origins or in expertly crafted blends. Chum Creek Coffee supports sustainable agriculture and ethical trading practises and sources beans through Direct Trade wherever possible and in most cases, can provide details of individual farms and the families who work so hard to bring us such outstanding coffee. Chum Creek also supports Coffee Kids, a charity working in South and Central America, which provides health and education infrastructure to the children of coffee farm workers. Chum Creek also supports Faircrack, a local fund which is doing amazing work in Tanzania, supporting and strengthening the broader economy and wellbeing of coffee growing villages and their natural environment.
