Better Exercise Physiology We provide a range of Clinical Pilates exercise classes and Exercise Physiology services in Healesville.

Our aim is to help people in pain live strong and mobile lives. Better Exercise Physiology is a locally run business that offers Pilates, Yoga and Exercise Physiology services at the Healesville Wellness Factory. All services are run by Exercise Physiologists that hold a Masters degree. We offer:

-Exercise Physiology appointments
-Clinical Pilates classes
-Yoga & Pilates Plus classes
-Older adult

Ash is a fully qualified Exercise and Sport Scientist, currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University.

With experience in gym settings and group classes, Ash brings expertise and enthusiasm to our team.

Ash's passion lies in helping individuals manage pain through safe and enjoyable movement.

You will find Ash leading Clinical Pilates classes and Reformer Fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for now.
