Better Exercise Physiology We provide a range of Clinical Pilates exercise classes and Exercise Physiology services in Healesville.

Our aim is to help people in pain live strong and mobile lives. Better Exercise Physiology is a locally run business that offers Pilates, Yoga and Exercise Physiology services at the Healesville Wellness Factory. All services are run by Exercise Physiologists that hold a Masters degree. We offer:

-Exercise Physiology appointments
-Clinical Pilates classes
-Yoga & Pilates Plus classes
-Older adults and diabetes classes

Each week, you'll follow a personalized program of strength and balance exercises tailored specifically for you.

Run by Exercise Physiologists, this class is designed for anyone with a neurological condition that would like to move better and feel more confident.

We aim to provide a FUN, SAFE and SUPPORTIVE environment for individuals with neurological conditions to exercise.

Common conditions we see include:

In our Clinical Pilates sessions this is one exercise prescribed to benefit various clinical goals:
- Hip and knee stabilisation: Targets muscles around the hips and knees, which can help improve stability and reduce pain or dysfunction in these areas.
- Leg strengthening: Can help strengthen the muscles of the legs, including quads, hamstrings, and calf muscles.
- Improve range of motion: Improve flexibility and range of motion in the hips, knees an ankles.
