They want to store it in a central government database.
They want to use this data to generate a ‘digital identity’.
They want to make this ‘digital identity’ compulsory if you want to access some vital online services...
… and they may have the ability to cancel your ‘digital identity’ and cut you off from these online services – if you don’t toe the government line on anything from climate change to lockdowns to vaccine mandates.
