One of the beautiful children from this beautiful place in my incursions went home and told his parents that he’s the protector of the earth 🥹🌈💪🏽and that’s what these programs are all about 💚

Empowering children to become responsible custodians, remembering and ingraining this identity and sense of self; and remembering that they are not separate!

As we played and danced our moon and sun, who’s beautiful gifts are so many species compasses! Mapping a journey, like they used to do for us, keeping us safe, happy and knowing our place…

Never lost or alone because we k ew this sacred relationship, and that’s what I hope these children take from this…

That who and what they are is as sacred as the moon and sun…

Because they ARE nature, and what they bring to this world is already enough ❤️❤️

Such beautiful children, a mirror of this beat place 💕💕💕💕

We are all ready for Christmas at the children’s centre! Dancing snow flakes, finger painting Santa’s sled (tree bark)… dancing round the Christmas tree, which is actually our educator 😆🥰🎄sensory pouches as magical as this time of year, and don’t forget the simplicity of sharing each other’s honest love ❤️because at the end of the day, that’s what Christmas is all about! And I’m lucky enough to visit children each week, who’ve never lost sight, of this sweet fact 🙏🏽🌈

The Hunter & Gatherer Element - a beautiful time for children to have mirrored back to them what they already know in their hearts they are ❤️

To see the awesomeness of their heightened senses and to show US, just how much they truly care 🥹

Such a wonderful conclusion to these childrens incursions at this centre today, with children who have a millions years of memory, wisdom, skills and knowledge waiting to be shared 🙏🏽💚

As I said to one of the children today before I left, “don’t ever change” 👣🌈

Forget who you are, what you are and where you’re from?
To shame and guilt you until you ran and hid? Terrified of the voices they placed in your head…
But there’s something they didn’t know, something only your spirit could have foretold… and it will make the world laugh once again, and the skin finally shed…
You are one…
It is in your return, your remembering, your homecoming, that the world begins to again turn…
We had to forget, because it is in our remembering, that our greatest power places…
I can feel it in my blood, I hear it from each crack in the dirt…
Our breath is returning, and so is our stead…
And THAT, my darling, is your most powerful place…
Something that was not expected, that we’d be the rebirth of our ancestors grace…
It is the ones who they tried to force to forget, that upon remembering, is the most beautiful art, this universe will have ever met…
Because it will be unshakeable, unbreakable, gentle and kind…
It is in your blood your memory, it is time to let it sing

When a yummy meal requires a ponder through the garden, collecting and gathering, if makes everything even more the treat 🥰💚it provides an opportunity to see how relationships grow… how everything intertwined is a reciprocal flow… how everything feeds the other, it’s such a beautiful show… everything is significant, maybe that’s what makes my meal glow 💛

Feeling extremely blessed and honoured to have shared a sacred mix of movements, dance therapy, meditation and art this afternoon on such beautiful country, with such beautiful and amazing women today 🙏🏽🌈

Embodying the sacredness of our precious trees, the stories this earthly kin has stored, which intertwined with ours…

Birthed from the exact same Star dust, this planet being only that we know of to have them… highlighting that if we share around 70% of our dna with such precious gifts, then how sacred are we also!?

Like the roots of a tree, each cell, muscle, bone and vein Carrie’s stories that connect each to the other…

When we make the time, we have the opportunity to listen to them, and feel their medicine ❤️

I commenced with the sharing of dates which are customary to my mothers cultures of welcoming 🥰

I remember her stories of when she was in Tunisia growing up as a child, how she could walk along the streets and pick up dates that the trees had shed to share…

A movement of the trees unconditional love in providing without discrimination… money did not matter, she shared because that our relationship ❤️a mother provides nourishment 🌱

A beautiful story, a beautiful symbol, with such a beautiful group that I feel so blessed to have been nourished by 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️

The art, nature and sensory experiences were fun and fantastic today, no doubt! But where the most beautiful and precious magic lay, was the childrens dance and play 🥰the embodiment of THEIR nature, which is perfectly aligned with hers… and how they could see how they are the art, in everything they did and just “be”… to be themselves, to share what makes them unique, and have us all see, that they ARE that beautiful Christmas wreath, treasure and tree ❤️💚🤍🎄🤶🏽

Embodying the sweet, loving, safe feeling of belonging as we honour the journey of our butterfly and turtle kin in this mornings incursion for 3 year old kinder kids 🥰
With flowers and leaves to represent our moon and sun, waving them in the air so my little turtle and butterfly friends would know where to fly and “ run”..
Feeling safe in the hands of Mother Nature, trusting that our bodies can attune to her wisdom…
Following earths instincts as we share them with all kind!
So help me create a nest where all can feel divine 💛💚❤️
Lots of movements, story, art and okay, to build those neuro pathways and feel safe where we lay 👣🌱
