All week I witnessed the most perfect and incredible halo surrounding a large parameter of the moon 😇it was like nothing over ever seen before… tonight is slightly more cloudy so not as apparent, but the energy is so powerful with magic… She comes with the blessing of mystery, of things that come full circle… pulling the waters buried at the core of the earth, all the emotions, tears and needs… and brings them to our reflection, to integrate, alchemise and heal… the halo is the full circle, bringing us back… the watery memory of who and what we are, as a United race…. Oh it’s not easy nor has it been… so keep close to the things that are natures miracles, there’s magic still remaining in the air 🌝

Fungi and moss and wombat, oh my! 🌟all of the magic in the air, outside!! Wombat season celebrates these ancient precious beings, the very first ones to bless this earth 🌏 billions and trillions and zillions of moons ago, just rock was what covered this landscape, alone… then like little fairies moss and fungi did sprout, all of the luscious life we see all about! So take gentle footsteps like our little native animal friends, and give grace to these helpers that keep our planet turning… they reach far and wide to assist all of life, I wonder what we learn, from their favours and device?
This planet is what we are borrowing from our children, let us reach them to look back and below, in order to know, which path they should follow 🍄🌱🌸remember that dance, story and art, is where everything on this earth, once did start 🧚🏽‍♂️❤️

My infamous seed to tree dance game, something I created as a moving story (ideokenisis)for children to integrate their interconnectedness 🌱

As a Dance Movement Therapist I studied creative dance and have seen the potential is has for children enjoying embodying the learnings of the important relationship nature has within itself and with us ❤️

Our natural world thrives within its relationships and our ancestors once followed these role models and teachers to understand How to live on this planet and with each other ❤️

There’s a constant rhythm, cycle and flow, feeding each element and keeping everything harmonious and aligned…

Through movement, dance and story, we awaken our cellular memory of this intertwinement and remember our place within the thread of life, naturally 🌸

The moon was half but my mind was full… so my spirit told me to return to mother earth a womb, and rest safely in her arms… reignite your hearts flame, give rise to your passions again … alchemy… transmutation through fire and water, purify and harmonise a body and soul 🔥💧

Cruisin into the weekend with a car full of nature-based sensory play 🥰sky fall of sunshine, and inside rooms full of those who will keep the earth growing and thriving as it should ❤️🌱🌸who are learning to believe in themselves and their worth more than anything else, because they are the kin of the those who they share the beloved earth with! And if they love the flowers, love the stars, love the turtles and all that grows, then they’ll remember their interconnectedness and how to care for it… the body can’t lie and nothing is ever lost nor forgotten… it’s just waiting for the moment, in your dance, art and play, to be rekindled, and show us the way 💕🌸🧚🏽‍♂️🌟🍄

As we acknowledged our Wombat season in our Wayapa incursions today,
embodying the beautiful gifts and presence She offers in every way…
we’re also reminded of the relationships we are a part of, such as the wind, seed, tree and rain 🌧 🌱🌸
An interconnected community,
Acknowledging one does not thrive without the other…
No matter how each unique seed may differ,
It’s this diversity that keeps the planet healthy…
We danced our connection,
Not separation…
Honouring that we ARE in fact
Her reflection of nature 💕

Honouring the Wombat season and all the magic and presence it brings, especially with our beloved moss and fungi! 🍄
Older than trees yet oh so sensitive….
Turning old life into new
Communicating through every rain drop and dew..
So sacred are these friends, we do not give them enough light!
Lucky they grow so well,
Kept isolated in the dark…
Their ability to communicate
Even non verbally…
To bushes, flowers thrushes
Wherever they might be!
Their quietness and gentleness might just be there super power!
But underneath the earth,
Is where they really do their work…
They remind me of me,
And many more I know…
Maybe that’s because
They too,
Are our precious relatives 🥰❤️🌱
So give them a big cheer!
They’re what created this earth since the beginning of time…
And have a little think to yourself,
What can I do, right here?
In this little corner of mine ❤️

The wind Carrie’s the scent, the pollen so sweet like melted butter over a treat… the sun illuminates each seed, the body with its senses, receives with ease.. it’s so beautiful how many relationships there are to find, when we take a step outside 🌸💛
