A little update…
In 2026, for the first time in years, I’m moving beyond the online space, into the real world. I'm nervous and excited. I have that feeling of starting at a new school. Who will I meet? What will I experience?
Other than doing some mini readings at a festival once, I have never actually offered anything in person in this city. The reason for this has mainly been the fact that I am a mother with very little family support, and so I’ve had to structure my life around my son, his school hours, and my husband’s ever changing work weeks, and thus working online from home was just easiest.
My son has grown, matured, become more independent, and starts high school in a few weeks, and so for the first time I am free to not just work online, but also in-person.
Starting January 24th, I’ll be offering a monthly in-person gathering outside in nature at various Reserve Parks across Melbourne’s North and South Eastern Suburbs. I’ll also be offering Full Moon gatherings out of a shop in Port Melbourne starting in February.
These changes haven’t just come out of the blue, I feel I’ve been moving towards them for a few years now. The biggest change has been in the manner of how I work.
At one point in 2025, I was finding that client sessions that used to feel good, suddenly felt wrong, which was a sign that something had changed, like an update, with a notification that I needed to understand the changes fast. I sat and asked “What is my best way to connect” and the answer showed me things were moving downwards, literally.
This isn’t anything new. Over the years, the way I connect, and the who/what I connect to has evolved, and never stayed the same for more than a few years. It’s become a predictable pattern. My soul loves growth, learning new things, and change.
If you have spoken with me in the past few years, you’ve probably heard me talk about how much I love gardening. In the past few years I’ve spent more and more time outside, in the garden, in nature. I even do sessions from my deck, surrounded by way too many potted plants on the days it’s not hot, cold, or stormy.
The more time I spend outdoors, the more I just want to be outdoors. And so as if to hear my thoughts and desires, Spirit, the Earth and I had a meeting somewhere in the ether and decided it’s a great time to start channeling nature, the land, the Earth. And so my work is expanding into a new arena: land healing, which is actually much more than just healing the land. It’s also about collaborating with the land and nature to support our own healing, our deepening connection to ourselves and to the land.
In 2026, I’ll still be doing 1:1 sessions online over Zoom, I’ll still offer some online group sessions, but for the first time, I’ll also be doing in person work too, starting with a few monthly workshops, and moving into in-person 1:1 sessions.
If you live in Melbourne and are interested in meditations that take place outside, and in nature, feel free to join me in my monthly workshops. I’ll post a link in the comments.
