Today it was a team effort in planning, preparing, and manning (and "womanning") our hope springs stall at the "living well for less expo" at Bellfield Community Hub. There were some great stalls and many helpful resources that I think could be very useful for us in supporting our participants. I think folks were also interested in what we do, so hopefully some good "cross pollination" can come out of making these connections :) Thanks to Indu and Pauline for being there for the duration, and to Mal for helping me run back and forth replenishing stocks of flyers and hope springs "bling" to make our stall look groovier :) Jacquie pitched in a bit too :) ... and Jack!

Last Friday, Imogen ran an art therapy session where we all tried our blind portraits of each other. A fun and freeing way to express ourselves for sure 🙂
We also bid farewell to Imogen who has just finished our final year placement with us. We wish her all the best! Thanks and good luck imogen 😊
