Wellness Station Our main purpose at Wellness Station is to empower our patients with the tools and strategies for self-management and to re-gain control of their condition

Not all pain is visible. Not all healing is physical. 💚
Every year on 10 October, the world comes together for World Mental Health Day, a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in wellbeing.
At Wellness Station, we see many people living with invisible struggles including anxiety, stress, grief and trauma, and we’re reminded daily that mental health deserves the same care and understanding as physical health.
Today and every day, let’s continue to raise awareness, show compassion, and support one another in ways that truly make a difference.

Amelia is a dedicated second year Speech Pathology student from rural NSW with a passion for helping others improve their confidence and quality of life through clearer communication. Now based in Melbourne, she brings warmth, genuine care and a love for connecting with people.

Outside of her studies, Amelia enjoys running and is always training for her next half marathon, as well as taking relaxing walks with friends and family. We’re so lucky to have her on our team and we know you’ll enjoy getting to know her.💚

Meet Ashley, our newest Accredited Exercise Physiologist, and we could not be more excited to have her on the team 🎉 Ashley holds a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology and eight years in health and fitness, she supports musculoskeletal rehab, neuromuscular and cardiovascular conditions, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and diabetes. Her approach is welcoming and paced to you, with simple steps and evidence based programmes that lead to real wins. Off the clock she is on the netball court or baking something excellent. Hey Everyone! Monique here, and she’s super excited to have recently joined the Wellness Station team as the new receptionist!

She’s in her second year of studying sport and exercise science and can’t wait to help people smash their health and fitness goals.

Our Story

In 2013 we envisioned creating a space where people can invest in themselves through self-care and self-improvement. We have always believed that a person is only limited by his or her own mind and working on oneself harder than anything else is the key to unlocking human potential. At Wellness Station our commitment is to create a space where people can work on their bodies, nourish their minds and build human connections in a safe and inclusive environment.

After overcoming numerous life challenges we were able to inch closer to our goal and create the first Wellness Station in 2016 in Heidelberg Heights. Thanks to the growing support of the local community and our hard working team, we were able to see more of our vision become a reality and opened the doors of our Heidelberg studio in 2018
