Heavensabove Helensburgh provides a beautiful safe environment set up in the middle of natural surroundings, part of the Royal National Park. Specialising in the awakening process, teaching others to listen and trust their own self. Teaching and guiding thru meditation, gathering in circle, online courses, hands on healing, sound vibration, distant re oded healing, counselling and hypnotherapy. Continuing to learn and grow myself offering support and techniques through years of experience working with individuals and groups. My deep passion of holding space for others and allowing something magical and completely unexpected to show up and deliver through the bodies senses. The world is shifting and changing rapidly making any kind of planning impossible. Learning how to live in the moment, being aware of the many pathways that be possible to you in any one now moment. Clearing the mind and allowing yourself to meet in your heart and being kind to yourself. Mothers love has always been my passion that keeps the fire burning.
