Friday Morning RunClub;
The one run per week where pace, distance and ego stay behind.
I’m guided only by heart rate — keeping it under 130bpm.
It’s slow, cruisy and honestly the best thing for both recovery and building up my endurance again.
Think of it as topping up the tank while giving the engine a rest. I set my Garmin to show just one thing only: heart rate. No splits. No pressure. Just running smart for where I’m at right now!!
