aka "Bernie" has been a Massage and Sports Therapist for over 10 years. Her passion for sport and the mechanics of the Human Body has made her a
well respected and successful Massage Therapist. Her experience in the Sport
and Recreation field includes working with Soccer Australia as part of the medical
staff, with Triathlet

es and Runners preparing them for race day and recovery,
and working closely with various Natural Bodybuilding associations - helping
Natural Bodybuilders prepare for competition day. Bernadette has also worked as a fitness instructor at various gyms
around the shire. On top of the Massage Therapy, Bernadette is also a fully qualified Naturopath
and Nutritionist, She believes to lead a happy & healthy life you need 3 things:
Good food, laughter and restful sleep. All these can be achieved by diet,
herbal Medicine and supplementation (and a good comedy every now and then )

Morning everyone 👋
Yesterday my son went to get a follow up MRI and see his neurosurgeon. I thought I'd share his MRI pics so you can see the before and after (I have his permission to share 👍)
The 2 x pics below are the before (note: you can see the white tumour mass that was found in his brain sept '25).
The pics above shows the total removal of the tumour, leaving a black hole - this fills up with cerebral (brain) fluid - the brain tissue does not regrow.
He is in perfect health and back to doing everything he loves. 🔆The neuro/oncology team are extremely happy with his progress✔️

Hi everyone 😊
Just a quick update to let you know I’ll be unavailable for Massage over the next couple days. This Friday I'll be unavailable due to my son’s follow up medical appointments (MRI & Neurosurgeon), and also Saturday as I’ll be attending the Pain Symposium to continue learning and improving my skills.
I’ll be back and available as usual from next week!
