Last shift yesterday . If anyone is interested in working in Hospitals . I did a Certificate 11 as a OSA. Operations Service Assistant. The role was formerly named a wardie. Xray and Theatre Runner ,Environmental waste management , Beds,rooms , toilets and fixtures Cleaner. Patient Care helper The job role also was working in the infectious wards . The job made up was different everyday ; On Call Casual consists of Days and nights. Great Money. Staff are Happy and always willing to help . Helping others in time of need whilst at the same time earning great Dollars. My New venture starts Monday Cheers Paul Conley

Another busy night this morning , working in the emergency department , helping people those with covid. Operations Service Assistant has given me the opportunity to step up to help people to those who need help the most. Whilst waiting to see if I will be given the opportunity to work in Safety as a Operations Service Assistant . Fingers crossed . Always do more than is expected of you. Happy New Year 2022 ،

Focusing on what matters is helping people. During the month of December I have been working as an OSA ,OSA Service Assistant , Safety First . Hours are long Work is hard but I really enjoy it .Currently working in the Health industry. Covid needs to be addressed as Safety First . Last night was a 12 hour shift . Still waiting for News on a Safety OSA role . Always focus your Vision on what and where you can help .Cheers Paul Conley

Recently I have taken a Casual job over Christmas and New years as a OSA ,Operations Service Assistant to help out during the Covid and Omnicron times. Working at the QE11 Hospital Coopers Plains. I want to help you post Christmas festivities. Anyone who wants to know how to reduce the loss long term there is a simple way and no cost , because I like paying it forward. Utilise this Mindset Model with light exercise ,Walk 25 minutes one way then return Throughout the day drink 4 litres of water, eat six small portion size meals ,this is the grazing technique. The key is to do the work continuously everyday without fail for minimum 30 days , see how you feel . Cut out the Model place it on the Mirrors, food pantry, fridge and dashboard of your car. It's a Game changer. Keep repeating your Goals and affirmations. See your Vision first and write it down. Happy Healthy life .
