It’s Monday. Fresh week. No excuses !!

You don’t need to wait for the ‘right time’ just show up, move your body and let the rest follow 🫶🏽

Here’s some tips to help when it’s cold and you CFB 🫣

🔥 Lay out your gym clothes the night before
🔥 Book your classes in advance so you’re locked in
🔥 Dint hit snooze, just count to 5 and move (literally)
🔥 Put your phone on the other size of the room so when your alarm goes off you have to get out of bed 🤭

Remember, you never once regretting training, but you do regret skipping 🙏🏽
