Hi all, sorry for the delay in this message but must let you know that my yoga classes are on hold for the time being as I have broken my knee cap and had surgery. I will be back as soon as I am able to drive...yes right knee...I will keep you posted. It will probably be quite a few weeks. Namaste

I'm sorry but Monday May 1st there will be no class at the hall.
You are most welcome to attend the evening class at the Henley and Grange Community Centre, 6.30pm
Classes as usual after this.

Yoga classes resume from Monday 16th January 2023 and all locations and session times remain the same.

Hi all,
Our classes resume at Henley and Grange Community Centre tomorrow.
Masks must be worn and class size reduced to 15. Let me know if you will be attending and vital if you can’t make it last minute.

Hi all again. It seems we can resume classes from Monday. So, Monday morning Church hall class will run as usual.
Monday night will also run unless I hear otherwise, and, if so I will let you know.

Hi all, as you are probably expecting there will be no classes at present.
They are on hold for the next two weeks. I will keep you updated when we can resume and if this changes.
