Our Earth Element Immersion on Saturday 21st February is where we honour Ganesha to help us ground to become who we really are.

Awesome Group today at Namaste Hepburn, we moved in an awesome Mandala Vinyasa Flow in our beautiful Hot Yoga Room, moving with breath together, connecting, letting go and just simply being present in our bodies.
