I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage with over 16 years experience in the industry. I am ANTA accredited and a provider of health fund rebates with most health funds. Although remedial massage is the foundation of my business I like to offer other modalities to further enhance the overall wellness and health of my clients. The services I provide are:
Remedial, Trigger Point Massage
Pregancy, Relax

ation, Energetic Massage
Indian Head, Hot Stone, Stretching Techniques and Body Scrubs

I believe that to achieve the best results a client needs to be proactive in their own healing. I am able to assist my clients to do this, by offering stretching and strengthening techniques, postural changes and sometimes even lifestyle changes.
