If you suspect you have Perioral Dermatitis here are some things you can do to help
🌿 cleanse face after brushing your teeth
🌿 avoid any actives in that area
🌿 using a quality cleanser
🌿 stop wearing make-up in that area, especially liquid foundation
🌿 cutting back on coffee, spicy foods and wine
🌿 if you think you may have a gluten intolerance, trialling a gluten free diet might be enough to kick it!
