I know things seem overwhelming right now, and it's hard to see a way forward. But please know that you're not alone, and you're stronger than you think. Remember that everyone faces struggles, and it's okay to not be okay. It takes courage to admit when we're struggling, and I'm proud of you for acknowledging your pain.

Sometimes you just got to cry to move forward and that is ok. Keep pushing forward and DON'T GIVE UP. Be you and never change who you are, you are worthy and you sure as hell belong on this earth. Life can be tough, but you are tougher. Remember that.

Right now, things might seem overwhelming, and the darkness may feel suffocating. But know this: you've survived every difficult moment in your life so far, and you can keep doing it.
