🪷 Happy International Women’s Day!! 🪷

This year is all about inclusion and forging women’s equality. Forging positive visibility of women, celebrating women’s achievements and maintaining and inspiring an inclusive mindset.

This pose is one of my favourites in Yoga, and so relevant for today.

Strength & Grace in perfect balance.

Feeling strong in this pose, beautiful, feminine and calm.

Today I challenge you to think about the women in your life and how you see and support them. How do you foster inclusion and celebrate their achievements?

We should all be each other’s cheerleaders - no agenda, no competition, just love.

One Year Ago… I took a big step in my business and had my first day in my own room 🌻

It was scary taking the leap of faith to add the expense of having a room to see clients in. Until that point I was mobile, seeing clients in their own home and also online.

Little did I know it would be the best decision I would make! I met the most amazing tribe of women that were so supportive and encouraging and I am lucky to call my friends.

I finally found my place, my tribe and really grew in myself and my business. I am so grateful for the journey, and will be beginning a new chapter soon enough for Jess May Wellness in sunny Queensland ☀️🏝️

This was waaay out of my comfort zone, but so happy I ignored that little voice that tries to talk us out of things! (It does this to protect us, keep us safe - but growth can’t happen in our comfort zone)

Going to miss my girl so much! Another farewell catch up dinner down with the families 🥰 I may be moving interstate, but I know the distance will only be felt physically.

You don’t meet people often in life that just ‘get you’, always have your best interests at heart, never judge you but will be your reality check too. Lucky to say this girl is just that for me!

Can’t wait for more family catch ups, lots of holidays and many, many FaceTimes while we navigate this next chapter together 🤱🏼

📣Jess May Wellness is Moving to QLD!🏝️

To say there is a LOT happening in the world of Jess May Wellness right now is an understatement!🤰🏼+ 🏡🏝️

My family and I will be moving to QLD very shortly, so for any face to face appointments please get in quickly!

My last day at will be Thursday 8th December!

Following this date, I will resume appointments online after the Christmas Break as all of my services can also be offered virtually 💻

Very bittersweet for me, but a new exciting chapter awaits 🙌🏻
