Thanks F45 Training Hervey Bay for kicking my butt over the last few weeks. Red Diamond yesterday has really left my legs on 🔥

Loving everything about the Hervey Bay gym, especially the trainers, pushing me to go just a little harder and a little further each session. The results are definitely showing 💪

Thank goodness for these little beauties keeping the legs firing. Even the glutes are getting a good squeeze 🍑

And on Sunday, we ride!

Today was a solo ride and I don't think I have enjoyed riding so much. Great old school party tunes in my ears, found my rhythm that kept me powering on and I just wanted to keep going and going.

Mr 14 bumped his noggin out here a few days ago, resulting in a mild concussion, so he is still a little tender and didn't join me today.

But how gorgeous is this weather? What a way to start a Sunday 🌞🚲

Last week I was invited to the Core Condition Pilates & Massage Studio Hervey Bay Pilates Retreat at Noosa, Queensland to pamper their guests and be a part of their retreat.

It was my absolute pleasure to reward these ladies for taking the time to honour, respect and nourish their bodies and minds by taking a weekend for themselves and investing in their health and well-being.

The retreat was beautifully executed by Timi and Rita and their guests were all so lovely, warm and welcoming. I feel so blessed to be invited and to be a part of making your retreat special 🫶

As some of you may be aware, I have recently discovered a new passion for mountain bike riding and have been voicing an interest in doing more rail trail and bike packing type adventures. So I guess I put this out into the universe and the universe must have been listening.

While at the Fraser Coast Expo on Saturday, I came across the Packs N Pedals stand and it caught my attention. After a lovely conversation with their team, I entered their competition and today I received a surprising phone call telling me that I had won their Tunnels by Twilight Tour. What have you done to show yourself a bit of self-care this weekend?

This weekend I have taken some time to practice what I preach (something I don't do often enough 🤫). That is:

✅️ Looked after myself

✅️ Listened to my body

✅️ Found my balance

✅️ Done what I love

✅️ Allowed myself time to rest and recover

I am feeling recharged and ready to power on through the week ahead 😀.
