- Communicate everything - don’t downplay how you feel

- Give feedback (good and bad) quickly

Duties include:
* Personal care: bathing, toileting, mobility
* Community access & appointments

* Basic record keeping and reporting
About you:
* Passion for supporting others and making a difference
* Experience in NDIS and/or Aged Care (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and person-centred approach
* Compassionate, resilient, and flexible
Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* Cert III in Disability, Aged Care or similar (preferred)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* QLD Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle & full insurance
* Right to work in Australia
