A Note to New Clients

At this time, my books are closed to new clients until further notice.

This has not been an easy decision, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who were hoping to book in. As many of you know, balancing the demands of a growing business alongside a young family requires thoughtful pacing.

For now, I am choosing to keep my client list intentionally small to ensure I can continue delivering the level of care, focus, and quality that my work deserves. As my children grow, I look forward to gradually expanding availability again.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support. It truly means a great deal.

Perhaps the biggest misperception we have about health today: we underestimate the need for rest and recovery in our culture. In our “do-more” world, nothing is ever enough and rest is the first thing to get sacrificed. Yet, ironically, sleep deprivation amplifies every ache, sorrow and stress!

Getting more rest is easier said than done. But it starts with re-orientating our minds and replacing old beliefs of “never enough” with the understanding that recovering and tending to baby, for now, is more than enough.
In fact, it is everything.

At 37 weeks of pregnancy it’s time for a break! 🙂 ready to wind down and countdown the days until we meet our little girl.

Since I will be out of contact until January 2026, I’d like to wish everyone all the best for the rest of the year and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone on the other side of baby land!

Just a reminder to regular clients, I am cutting back to 2 days a week of work for 2026, so please book in asap for your maintenance appointments as they are booking up quickly already.

Hi everyone 🙂 just letting you all know that I’ll be off work from the end of June until December as we extend our little family.

For regular clients needing appointments between now and June please get in this week and book those as spots as they are very limited and I can’t stay after hours to fit extras in.

The books are now closed for new clients in 2024.

Thank you to all of my incredible clients who support my small business and to my regular clients, some of which have been with me since the start, I am so grateful for the trust you place in me.

I never could have imagined my business taking off the way it has, I certainly never thought I’d have to close the books for a period of time. It was not an easy decision to make but a necessary one in order to prioritise my current clients.

I’m looking forward to seeing some new faces in the clinic when I reopen the books in 2025.
