Join us for a nurturing 4 week Prenatal Yoga program designed to support your changing body, calm your nervous system and help you feel grounded and prepared for birth.

✨ Breath awareness and relaxation
✨ Releasing tension in hips, back and shoulders
✨ Creating space to connect with your baby
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and all experience levels. No prior yoga experience needed.
