We support self- and plan-managed NDIS participants with practical, structured support focused on independence, stability, and everyday functioning.

HOW WE CAN HELP
(Depending on your plan, goals, and availability)

• Daily living & self-care support
• Community access (social activities, appointments, outings)
• Domestic assistance (meal prep, light household tasks)
• Capacity building (life skills & independence)
• Assistive technology & digital support
• Participant-related admin support (light-touch)

Support is person-centred, trauma-informed, and systems-based.

SERVICE DELIVERY
• In-person (location dependent)
• Remote / digital support where appropriate
