Support Worker / Driver – Health Cab & Co

At Health Cab & Co, we don’t just provide transport and support — we help people live with dignity, confidence, and independence.

We’re currently looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker/Driver who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, considerate, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping others. You’ll be supporting NDIS and aged care participants and transporting clients locally and on longer trips, including Brisbane and the Gold Coast, so comfort with longer drives is essential.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Blue Card / Working With Children Check
✅ First Aid & CPR
✅ Police Check
✅ Clean driving record & full driver’s licence
✅ Comfortable with regional and long-distance travel
✅ Professional, compassionate, and client-focused
✅ Strong communication skills and reliability

-Non smoker, due to participants request

We are seeking an amazing disability support worker to join our growing team in the Fraser coast region.

Health Cab & Co are a NDIS registered support provider that specialises in wheelchair accessible transport for both NDIS and age care participants. Our role is to help assist participants with social and community participation, providing support with daily living, attending appointments, shopping, everyday tasks as well as medical appointments.

Hi everyone!

Health Cab & Co are helping to promote the new Movie "The Blind Sea".

Matt has only 3% vision and surfs some of the world's biggest waves. This event is being promoted to raise awareness in the community of vision impairment and how it effects the lives of those experiencing it.

Matt is flying up from Sydney to join us personally to talk about his journey. Please join us if you can. All money raised will be used to support the blind and low vision community suffering hardship on the Fraser Coast.
