Daily immersion.. finding "freedom within limitation" (Rajiv uses this phrase often in our classes). The most evident limitation being ones inability to comphrend life 'as it is'. A few more classes.. a lifetime of learning.

To me this is yoga as Life. Three siblings weaving a rug. They 'sing' the pattern. They repeat to confirm it is heard. This family and many others work within a cooperative and are paid per square inch. The concentration and coordination of actions and their ability to stay harmoniously connected.. I am humbled by their skill and discipline.

Our first term is almost over. Tonight we shared a meal with the group. Swati was generous to let us have a picture with her.

Yoginis in Indian Art and Thought.. Our first presentation and discussion session. There are 20 students attending. We are from all over the world. France, Netherlands, Poland, USA, us 3 Aussies and a some from other parts of India.

Troy (07 43254026) and Carolyn (0408407983) will teach classes at 54 Torquay Road whilst Polly is away in India. Vera is teaching all of the classes Woodgate Beach Yoga so will not commute into Hervey Bay.
