Walking in pairs the whole way, keeping a great pace, sharing laughs, and enjoying the magic of making new friends.

We know there are people watching from the sidelines thinking, “Monday will be the day… or Thursday… or maybe now Wednesday.”

If that’s you this is your sign ✨

Come along, take that first brave step, and get those steps up while improving your fitness, health, and wellbeing all while walking and talking. We welcome all ages and all fitness levels.

We also know it’s not just about the walk.
It’s about connection. Conversation. Being seen. Being heard. Making friends.

And we’ve witnessed some truly beautiful things come from this group friendships formed, catch-ups outside of walks, and even trips overseas together 🌍

That’s exactly what this community is about.

Welcome to our new members coming along to our first not barefoot walk! We had high tides today however we were able to walk the esplanade and enjoy the great weather this morning!

Loads of conversations and laughs as we made new friendships and connections.

Thank you for coming to the first of many on a Wednesday!!!

We look forward to seeing you hopefully for a low tide barefoot walk and enjoy the benefits of this!

✨ Welcome back, Friends! ✨

It was so lovely to have some familiar faces join us again after a little pause. There’s something really special about picking up where you left off walking, talking, and reconnecting like no time has passed at all.

We were blessed with the most beautiful breeze along the esplanade, making it the perfect setting to wander, chat, and share stories. Conversations flowed easily as we spoke about Christmas Eves and Christmas Days full of family, friends, laughter, and of course… lots of food!

And then there’s that magical space between Christmas and New Year the abyss of nothing where no one quite knows what day or date it is. A gentle pause. A collective exhale. And a quiet excitement as we begin to welcome a brand-new year ahead.

Our barefoot walk starts Wednesday at Torquay Sailing Club.

Come as you are, feel the ground beneath your feet, and join us for connection, movement, and meaningful conversation.

Our wonderful Margaret is away at the moment and today enjoyed a beautiful walk along the Shoalhaven River with her hubby and daughter.

As always, she found connection along the way stopping to chat with others, soaking up the fresh air, the flowing water, and the simple joy that comes from being present in nature.

This is what Women’s Walk & Talk is all about. Whether you’re walking locally or further afield, alone or with loved ones, it’s the movement, the connection, the conversations, and the moments in between that truly matter.

Margaret, we hope you are enjoying every second of your time away. It looks absolutely magnificent and we can’t wait to welcome you back with open arms and walking shoes ready.

✨ Grateful Beyond Words ✨

To our beautiful Women’s Walk & Talk community thank you.

Thank you for showing up, for slowing down, for making the time to catch up, unwind, and simply be together.

A heartfelt thank you to Kylie for so generously allowing us to hold our gathering at The Avenue. Spaces like this, paired with open hearts, are what make these moments so special.

There was something really magical about sitting together with coffee and treats, sharing laughs, stories, and meaningful conversations. These moments may look simple from the outside, but they hold so much connection, comfort, understanding, and a sense of belonging.

This year has been incredibly special because of you.
Because of the women who showed up for themselves and for each other.

Because of the friendships that formed naturally, the support that was offered without question, and the memories created along the way.

We’ve watched new groups form, new friendships blossom, and beautiful connections deepen and this is only the beginning.

Here’s to more walks, more conversations, more laughter, and many more memories still to come 🤍
