Loved playing around with different textures and elements this week. This Tokyo bowl included watermelon ceviche, garlic mushrooms, marinated capsicum, sticky rice, roasted wakame and lots of other little flavour boms, tied together with a beautiful Japanese dressing.

Loved the Yoga bowls last week, with that tasty tumeric and kaffir rice tower, lemongrass tempeh, roast pumpkin and sweetys, lemon soaked raisins and a creamy ginger & sesame dressing.
