3 days to go till we leave for our next adventure and we canā€™t wait to take us with u šŸ˜ƒšŸ™Œ

This will definitely be an adventure as we are taking off to the unknown lol

We are just jumping in the car with the van and driving south nothing booked no idea where we are going lol

Just winging it along the way

Damians feeling alot better but still not great

So it will be Ethan, lachy and i to take on all the set up and travels along the way

So this will be interesting šŸ˜‚
Probably and few laughs and a few swear words lol when it comes to figuring out how all this set up and pack up works

But we make a great team so we are sure we will make it work

Well my darling Damian has felt so broken today many tears have been shead as heā€™s feeling very defeated

So Ethan said to me
Mum I know what we have to do to cheer dad up

Family Lego building night

And so off we went Andrea, Ethan and I and brought ourselves some sets to build

It was such a lovely night as Damianā€™s beautiful cousin arrived from Townsville and she sat and chated with us while we all built and she helped Charlie build

Gotta love family lego nights

Will post a photo of Damianā€™s when heā€™s finished

Iā€™m pretty impressed with my telephone lol even though itā€™s 8+ but thatā€™s my maxed out ability lol šŸ˜‚

Thank u all so much for the beautiful and kindness we have received today
Damianā€™s feeling a little better today Iā€™ve made sure heā€™s rested and not lifted a finger today
So Ethan and my brother in law tim and I all got into the Christmas display and packed it all away wow what a day after not one bit of sleep but so worth it as now I can start the new year all fresh and ready to go

I reckon we will all sleep well tonight

Thank u again for all the love ā¤ļø and support

Itā€™s 3am and Iā€™m feeling so many emotions right now sadness as Iā€™ve just had to watch Damian go through hell as his morphine patch is now to strong for him due to his weightloss over the last 2 weeks

we just applied it today like we always do each friday night and hes now having reactions to it so off it come and now waiting out for the symptoms to disappear

Heartbreak as while I had to help him and dress him the tears flowed down his face

And anger not only at this cruel disease for taking away more of my husband

but anger at a broken system
that here ethan and I are at 3:00am trying to get Damian out of the wet shower floor as safe as we could as he was curled up in a ball in the bottom of the shower as all he wanted to do was sit in a chair and let water run over him but he cant as no shower chair will fit in our shower its to small

Cause still after 20 months we have no bathroom renovated for damians needs due to ndis and there stupid questions holding it back

like why does the hall way wall need to be taken down as well as the bathroom door widened

Well common sense is that hall ways are not wide enough for wheelchairs and neither is bathroom doors

This is the ridiculous reasons on why Iā€™m left 20 months with no modified wheelchair accessible bathroom among other silly questions

so here we are fighting not only againt this cruel disease but to try and get ndis to get this bathroom done asap

Thank u all for listening after i put my darling husband back into bed held him while he broke down into tears

Its now my turn to release all my emotions

As i know how important it is to make sure we let out all of our emotions this helps us keep up the stength to keep on fighting this battle

A great start to the new year for Damianā€™s journey and fight with MND we just sat down for a meeting to organise another interview

This will help many people struggling with mental health a very important cause
Damian and I and Ethan feel honoured to be asked to be apart of something so very important

As this is not just for MND awareness this is about showing people

That itā€™s ok to not be ok
