We were asked my Motor Neurone Disease Association of Queensland
To come down and help and support them with their morning in Parliament day today
But also to go back to the MND QLD headquarters to have a meeting on how Damian’s journey and fight with MND can work together with MND QLD to help provide the best care and support for QLD MND patients and their families and to also meet there amazing and passionate team
As we share the same goals for fighting for a cure and research and support for people currently fighting MND now and in the future after a good solid meeting we have come up with some great ways to come together and concor
As together we feel by joining forces we can make things happen
But while we were there we had the privilege to take a tour and boy did we get to see this amazing team in action
Not only do the provide services to mnd patients but the equipment that they lend out to people is so impressive I’m talking a whole warehouse full
This is just one part of the amazing level of care this organisation offers
Other things is the support emotionally the whole team is trained to help provide you with the up most important services that is needed when suffering this cruel disease
And they do this purely by fundraising
We look forward to working closely with MND QLD
So we to can help provide and support all MND family’s
Together we will be unstoppable 💪
