Timi Delahunty the owner and director of Core Condition Pilates and Massage Studio, since 2005. Originally based in Mildura, Victoria, Timi and her family has loved the sea change and being in operation in Hervey Bay since 2018. With over 16 years experience and in excess of 7,500 teaching hours, Timi has attained the highest level of qualifications available for a Pilates practitioner. Timi has c

What a fantastic day in the studio ✨
The energy in our space was fun, positive and just felt good.

Alongside Megs (our Diploma student) and myself — all three of us teaching at once… the vibe was something special.

You’re never too old to learn… or re-educate the body.

Sometimes the work we do in the studio looks quite simple.
But simple doesn’t mean easy.

Something as straightforward as **re-training lower limb alignment** can make a big difference to how the body moves and feels.

Foot position.
Knee tracking.
Hip control.

They’re all connected.

(It’s a bit like that old song… 🎶
*the foot bone’s connected to the knee bone… the knee bone’s connected to the hip bone!* 😉)

When one part isn’t doing its job well, something else usually has to compensate.

Taking the time to retrain these patterns can improve strength, balance and how comfortably the body moves day to day.

And the good news?

The body is very good at learning — at any age.

Everyone arrives with something different — a stiff back, a shoulder that needs attention, balance to work on, strength to build, or simply a body that needs to move better.
That’s why we don’t run big group sessions.

☯ Bodies aren’t all the same, and neither should the work be.
Each person here is working through a program designed specifically for them, with guidance and adjustments along the way.

🏆 Over time we see changes — strength building, movement improving, confidence growing.
❌ It’s not about keeping up with the person next to you.
✅ It’s about learning how to work with your own body and supporting steady, personal progress.
👌 And that’s exactly how we like it.

Ok… confession time… I might be a week (plus a day or so😅) late posting this… but birthdays this good deserve more than just one day of celebrating! 🎉

🎁 A very Happy (belated) Birthday to these two lovely ladies.

💚What I love about our little Pilates family is the mix of generations. One of these beautiful humans has lived a few more decades than the other… but in the studio that really doesn’t mean diddly-squat.

We move together, laugh together, and support each other — because every session is pitched to the individual.
🎩We celebrated in style with the most delicious macarons from .herveybay here at .

And honestly, it reminded me of something…
we’re a bit like those macarons — all different flavours, all unique — but somehow we come together beautifully. 💚

Just another day in the studio.....🤗
No… it’s not about wrapping your legs around your head 🤸‍♀️
And it’s definitely not about doing hundreds of sit-ups.

🧠 Real core work is much smarter than that.
It’s about understanding how your shoulders, ribs and spine move together 🦴, and building strength that actually transfers into everyday life.
Take something as simple as weight shifting — the same pattern we use every time we walk 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
Load that up with springs and suddenly you’ve got core work, cross-pattern coordination and a bit of movement re-education all happening at once 🔄
And here’s a little fun fact…
one of these bodies happens to have a few extra curves in the spine.
Hard to tell, hey? 😉
That’s the magic of individualised movement — working with the body you have, not fighting against it.
Just thoughtful movement, done well ✨

💚It was such a pleasure to have visiting .pilates.training student Milla join us in the studio.

There’s something powerful about sharing the learning journey with other students. Growth multiplies when we observe, teach, reflect, and refine together — everyone benefits.🌿
