This morning, on my way to work as a community nurse, my GPS led me to an old historical cemetery where graves were buried in the 1920s. As I walked among the gravestones, I couldn't help but reflect on the lives that once were. These graves serve as a stark reminder that there is plenty of time to be dead.
It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life, especially for the young ones who are just starting their journey. But rushing towards death is never the answer. There is so much beauty and potential in living, even in the face of adversity. If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, please reach out for help. There are people who care and resources available to support you.
