On Friday, we discover meditation and spice theory, and on Saturday, we experience the wisdom of melting into food.

This is not just an ordinary cooking class — it's an invitation to journey into Himalayan culture and spirituality through the sacredness of cooking and the connection food offers with the natural world. Under the guidance of traditional Himalayan masters: Sey Jigme and Khandro Thrinlay Chodon 🌿

Sey Jigme has a longstanding history and reputation as a great cook. He owned a successful restaurant in India that was a beloved destination for both locals and visitors alike.

During the 8th century Padmasambava travelled through the Himalayas. It is said that he meditated in a small cave in Sani, Zanskar, leaving a spiritual imprint and blessings which can be felt to this day.
