The Khachodling Dakini Sanctuary is a space where people from all walks of life are welcome to come, reflect, meditate, rediscover themselves or purchase a meaningful gift from the shop. The Khachodling Dakini Sanctuary is run under the spiritual direction of Khandro Thrinlay Chodon. The Sanctuary is a not-for-profit organisation located in Hervey Bay, Queensland, ran solely by volunteers who have created a peaceful environment based on Buddhist Philosophies. The Sanctuary promotes classes, retreats and events dedicated to fulfilling the projects and visions of Khandro Thrinlay Chodon and improving the welfare of all beings.

On Friday, we discover meditation and spice theory, and on Saturday, we experience the wisdom of melting into food.

This is not just an ordinary cooking class — it's an invitation to journey into Himalayan culture and spirituality through the sacredness of cooking and the connection food offers with the natural world. Under the guidance of traditional Himalayan masters: Sey Jigme and Khandro Thrinlay Chodon 🌿

Sey Jigme has a longstanding history and reputation as a great cook. He owned a successful restaurant in India that was a beloved destination for both locals and visitors alike.
