Ladies, who's using their muscles?
I can't emphasise how important strength training is in your journey to overall health in perimenopause and menopause.
I don't mean spending hour upon hour lifting hundreds of kilos and trying to out bulk Arnie!
I mean some intentional strength training and having time to recover as well.
I mean gradually increasing some mobility movements as well as bench pressing.
Let me know in the comments what you are doing to increase your strength.
