Let's set some Intensions instead.
Get yourself a diary or a calendar and just fill in some days with things you would like to achieve that day.
✅ Eat a healthy lunch
✅ Go for a walk after work
✅ Write a menu plan and shopping list
✅ Attend a mediation class
✅ Go to bed early
✅ Take a relaxing bath
✅ Go to a yoga class

Your intentions don't need to be big earth-shattering goals but they need to be something you can achieve with ease.
