Announcing our 2026 BlueCare Artwork Calendar winners! ✨🎨

We received 150+ heartfelt entries from residents and support staff across BlueCare, and 28 artworks have been selected for our “Celebrate Every Moment” calendar. 🖼️💙 Huge congratulations to all featured artists — your creativity and stories shine! 🎉

📅 The calendar heads to print soon and will be distributed to BlueCare retirement living villages, aged care homes, and respite centres before the end of 2025.

🌺 ANZAC Day at Fraser Shores 1 🌺 Residents gathered for a special service at our new memorial, with a wonderful turnout from the village community. This lasting tribute was made possible thanks to the incredible support of the Hervey Bay RSL Community Grants team, the Residents Association, numerous resident donors, and Christopher & Teena Reid. Thank you to everyone who contributed and joined us in reflection and remembrance.

At BlueCare, we love seeing how our residents embrace this chapter of their lives, making the most of every day.

For Neville, retirement at Fraser Shores has been full of friendships, community, and plenty of moments with his loyal four-legged companion, Freddie. Whether it's exercise classes, afternoon catch-ups at the bar, or Freddie catching a ride on a neighbour’s scooter, life at Fraser Shores is never dull.

Neville’s story, like so many others, proves that retirement is what you make it. We hope you enjoy watching Neville and Freddie's story as much as we did capturing it.
