Our week of no classes here in Woodgate and at The Hervey Bay School of Yoga gave me time to freshen the paint on the studio verandah and for Vera to attend Iyengar Yoga Australia national convention. Hope you all did some home practice 🙂🙃. See you next week. First class back in Woodgate studio is Tuesday 25 Nov 11am.
