If you listen closely to your body, you will be subtly receiving nature’s message of renewal, to release the stored heaviness from winter through movement.

Your mind urging you to learn something new, craving a challenge or a shift.

The emotional and spiritual self looks ahead and wants to move forward into your desired future.

However some years, this message can be more then subtle, more like a message screamed at you on the howling winds, as chesty coughs, fatigue and illness are forcing you to change, lift, clear.

This time of year, practice can be difficult to maintain. Cold wet weather, often reduces our motivation to leave our comfortable warm homes. But this is when a movement based practice is most needed. ✨️
While we can enjoy the slower pace of shorter days, our internal function needs to continue, our immunity, our health depends on keeping the body clear and strong.
Yoga gives us the tools to optimise our overall health, indoors 😉✨️☺️
Check out our beautiful shavasan (deep relaxation practice) last week. Not only were the bodies nourished through movement, they were nourished by sunshine 🌞 so much goodness in 1 hour 🙏🙌

In true Vera style, we have left using my voucher, you all so generously gifted me for my 40th, until the very last minute. We are heading to Jindabyne next week for 3 nights and will enjoy a full day horse ride while we are there. Max and I are beyond grateful for this gift and are extremely excited for the time away. Unfortunately this means we won't run yoga classes next week 6/5/25 - 9/5/25. Thank you all, once again.

For anyone who has not attended this weeks classes, we wanted to let you know we will not be running classes next week as the Vera's are heading off camping 😂 please prepare for mass quantities of rain, wherever we are headed 😉😂
Have a wonderful week, soaking in all the glorious sunshine, drink extra water and do a random acts of kindness to a stranger and to yourself 🙏✨️
