Meet Leigh, Branch Executive at OnSide 👋⁠

A senior, much-loved, and long-standing member of our team, Leigh brings years of experience and heart to everything he does. With a background as a critical care nurse and many years as a Support Worker, Leigh has seen the power of choice, control, and independence in action.⁠
⁠
In his role, he supports participants to thrive, achieve their goals, and navigate the NDIS with confidence—while also empowering families and support networks.⁠
⁠
Outside of work, you’ll find him exploring Melbourne’s hidden gems with his dogs, Milo and Duke, or in the kitchen testing out new recipes and DIY projects.⁠
