I seek to provide support to anyone, who like me in the past, has found themselves in chronic illness whilst raising a child or aiming to achieve their true potential in life. I understand first hand what it is like to walk that path and journey back to health and appreciate (and love) my role in supporting others in healing. In order for treatment to be successful, it must be completely individualised and suited to the person. Contraction Furrows, or ‘Stress rings’ are a common sign in Iridology.

Summer Holidays can be a break from your fitness/weight loss routine, though set up a 'maintenance' strategy to ensure you don't slip backwards.

1. Balance the additional calories at parties with daily lighter lunches, weekly intermittent fasting, and additional movement.

2. Take B Vitamins & Magnesium because alcohol, sleep deprivation & stress deplete these nutrients.

3. At parties choose low preservative red wine, clean alcohol (clear spirits with tonic/soda), and avoid beer, coloured, sugary cocktails and soft drink.

4. Mix up your movement with beach activities, dancing, boxing, swimming. Just 2 weeks of inactivity can significantly decrease your aerobic fitness & impact weight & stress, so keep up the activity and make it fun!

5. Hydrate! Your body will retain water when dehydrated

6. Sneak in a super green bowl each day. In the form of either a smoothie / asian breaky / salad / veggie bowl for antioxidants, b vitamins, magnesium and more!

☀️Aloe Vera is an ultra hydrating humectant to soothe, condition & replenish the protective moisture barrier.


☀️Rosehip oil: High in vitamin C for skin healing, and to treat pigmentation and broken capillaries. 


☀️Hazelnut oil: If you are oilier than normal this will moisturise without making you greasy.

☀️Jojoba Oil: Will work well for a broad spectrum of skin types. It reduces water loss without being too greasy.

Sun Care

☀️Always use a PABA-free sunscreen. Or a natural alternative is even better.
