These days, it seems like every argument comes with a side of psychobabble—whether it’s pulled from a psych 101 textbook, self-growth podcast, online forum, or “viral” therapy video. Welcome to 2025! I'm grateful and excited you're here :)

After a week off to step back, take it slow, and tune into my body I've personally been reconnecting with my love of movement, essential oils, nature, and different lifestyle practices.

From having a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning (no gallbladder here!) to laying on my acupressure mat, and using a new Aussie sauna blanket that I bought during the Black Friday sales...

I've been making time for a little bit of intentional self-care every day.

This year I'll personally be focusing on sleep, simplicity, creativity and community. What have you chosen to focus on? I'd love to know....
