They might be past stress or trauma, injury or surgery that has changed the way our bodies function, illness or nutritional aspects of your life that are limiting your potential. that we often unknowingly carry with us that limit us physically, and emotionally and hold us back. As a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner I have an holistic range of tools which focus on supporting the whole you to bring your body and mind back into balance. I will work with you to facilitate a personalised sessions to help you balance the 3 foundations of wellbeing - Chemical/Nutritional, Mental/Emotional, and Structural/Exercise, to help you live your life to the fullest and be your BEST SELF.
