With just 5 participants, our upcoming Reiki Level I course offers a deeply personal and immersive experience — and we now have only 2 spaces remaining.

Held at The Wellbeing Cottage in partnership with Aligned Authority Academy, this one-day training is your introduction to energy healing, self-awareness, and grounded, embodied wellbeing.

Whether you’re feeling called to:
• Reduce stress and regulate your nervous system
• Develop a self-healing practice
• Support loved ones through gentle energy work
• Or explore a deeper connection to your intuition

Reiki Level I is a powerful place to begin.
