✨ Big weekend. Big upgrade. Big shifts incoming. ✨
On the weekend I completed my Total Body Modification training… and honestly, my mind is still being blown as I process it all.
This work goes deep. We’re talking about identifying and clearing imbalances in the body that can be linked to things like:
🌿 allergies & sensitivities
🌿 immune stress
🌿 digestive issues
🌿 chemical & environmental overload
🌿 emotional triggers stored in the body
🌿 pain and so much more
… which I already address using kinesiology techniques but I can now offer even more supports.
And the best part? It’s all done in a gentle, non-invasive way. Many chiropractors integrate TBM into their practice and now I’m excited to start weaving these techniques into sessions in my clinic if your body muscle tests up as requiring them. 💛
One of the things I love most about Total Body Modification is how closely it works with the spine and nervous system.
Your spine isn’t just structure… it’s communication. Every part of your body is connected through it via the nervous system — constantly sending messages back and forth.
When there’s stress in the body (whether physical, emotional, chemical or environmental), it can show up as disruption along those pathways.
Total Body Modification helps identify those stress patterns and gently supports the body to reset its response — often working through specific points and connections that relate back to the spine and nervous system.
It’s subtle… but incredibly powerful ✨
And something that feels really important for me to say — this isn’t about jumping on something new for the sake of it.
It’s about adding another tool to the many modalities and trainings I’ve already done, so I can support you in a more complete, personalised way.
Everything I bring into the clinic is there with intention.
As always, I’ll be integrating this slowly and thoughtfully into sessions.
Not rushing. Not overloading.
