At MET Phys we endeavour to move and empower individuals through exercise and exercise education to transform their health and improve their quality of life. We envision a place where bonds are formed and individuals feel comfortable to express themselves. Where they reach their goals through targeted and individualized exercise prescription. To transform individuals to maintain and adhere to their exercise regime.

Exercise Therapy (Physiology) is the treatment of chronic conditions through exercise prescription using evidence based research. This is delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists who are University Trained and Qualified, Exercise Professionals.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is professionally trained to deliver a safe, evidence based and effective exercise program for the treatment of:

arthritis (rheumatoid, osteoarthritis, psoriatic), heart disease (atrial fibrillation, CABGs), stroke, HYPERTENSION, obesity, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, DIABETES, asthma, emphysema, COPD, chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, PRE and POST OPERATIVE REHABILITATION, lower back pain, shoulder pain, PCOS and the list goes on and on...
